What it does
Payments and arrears
Every flat sees its balance month by month and pays through Click or Payme. The receipt is kept in the app.
Work, with photos
Cleaning, repairs, lift inspections. Each job is recorded with before and after photographs, so residents see what was actually done.
Entrance ranking
Collection rate per podyezd is visible. Neighbours can see where they stand, and pay on time.
Requests
Lift making a noise, light out on the stairs — write it down, and the company replies in the same place.
Notifications
News for the building, the entrance or the flat. A reminder as a due date approaches.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install an app?
No. Obod Uy runs inside Telegram — you tap the button in the bot and you are in.
Where do I find my account number?
It is printed in the top-right corner of your receipt. If you cannot find it, message the company and they will link your number by hand.
How does payment work?
Through Click or Payme. Payment completes on the provider’s page, and the receipt is kept in the app.
Is my data safe?
Sign-in is verified through your Telegram account, and each company can only see data for its own buildings.
How do we onboard as a company?
Write to salom@obod.uy. We set up your buildings, entrances and flats; you add staff with an invite link.
