What we collect
From your Telegram account: your name, username and identifier. Once a flat is linked: the building address, entrance, flat number, tariff and payment history.
Why we use it
To connect you to your flat, show your balance and payments, and notify you about work on the building. It is not used for anything else.
Who can see it
Only you and the company that manages your building. Other companies cannot see your data.
Payment details
Card details are never stored by us. Payment happens inside Click and Payme; we keep only the amount, date and transaction reference.
Site analytics
The website (oboduyim.uz) collects visit statistics: which pages were opened, where you arrived from, your browser and device type, and approximate location at city level. This uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica, both of which set cookies. Yandex Metrica additionally records on-page activity — mouse movement, scrolling and clicks (Webvisor).
Where analytics data goes
Analytics is processed outside Uzbekistan: Google Analytics on Google’s infrastructure, Yandex Metrica on Yandex servers in Russia. Only the site statistics listed above are sent to these services — your flat, balance and payment records are not.
What analytics does not touch
This is collected on the website only — never inside the Telegram app — and is not linked to your flat, your balance or your payments. Restrict cookies in your browser settings, or use the official opt-out tools from Google and Yandex, and nothing is collected.
Deletion
You can detach a flat in the app. To delete your account entirely, message our bot on Telegram and we will take the request.
