Obod Uy is a platform for managing apartment blocks, intended for residents, staff and management companies.
Your account
Access is through your Telegram account. Keeping that account secure is your responsibility.
Payments
Amounts and tariffs are set by the company managing your building. Obod Uy acts as the means of payment, not the biller.
Accuracy
Balances, tariffs and work records are entered by the company. If something does not match, raise it with them.
Changes
These terms may change. We will announce anything material in the app.
